Job Summary:
The Receptionist will be the first point of contact for all visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment. This role includes managing front desk operations, handling phone calls, visitor management, and providing administrative support to the HR and Administration departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
- Maintain visitor logbook and issue visitor passes as per company policy.
- Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to the appropriate departments.
- Handle general inquiries and provide information about the company.
- Receive and distribute mail, courier packages, and other correspondence.
- Coordinate with the housekeeping and security teams for maintaining cleanliness and safety in the reception area.
- Maintain updated contact lists for internal and external stakeholders.
- Assist in organizing employee events or company functions when required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Commerce, Arts, or Business Administration).
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience as a Receptionist or Front Office Executive (preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment).
- Skills:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Presentable appearance and a polite, customer-oriented attitude.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
Work Conditions:
- Work location: Manufacturing unit / plant office.
- Working hours: 9:00am to 5:30pm .
Job Types: Full-time, Fresher
Pay: ₹15, ₹25,000.00 per month
