Role Overview

We're looking for a
Product Marketing Manager
who can bridge strategy and execution to help us reach the right audiences with the right message. You'll own positioning, messaging, and multi-channel campaigns including social media and LinkedIn advertising to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement for our services and products. This is a collaborative role working closely with leadership, product, sales, and creative teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute product marketing strategies that drive demand and adoption.
  • Define and refine product positioning and messaging tailored to target audiences.
  • Plan and manage social media campaigns, especially on LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms to grow brand awareness and engagement.
  • Manage and optimize LinkedIn ad campaigns, audience targeting, and budgets.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform positioning and messaging.
  • Collaborate with sales and leadership to ensure alignment of marketing and business goals.
  • Develop marketing collateral (presentations, case studies, sales sheets, website content).
  • Work with content creators and designers to deliver engaging, on-brand materials.
  • Measure and report on campaign performance with actionable insights.

Desired Skills & Experience

  • 3–6 years in Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, or similar roles (preferably in B2B SaaS or technology services).
  • Strong understanding of positioning, messaging frameworks, and buyer personas.
  • Proven experience managing LinkedIn campaigns and other social media initiatives.
  • Familiarity with social media strategy and content planning.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct competitive analysis and distill complex information into clear messaging.
  • Comfortable collaborating across teams and managing multiple projects.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign results and optimize accordingly.
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working in early-stage startups or fast-growing environments.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools.
  • Background in SaaS, IT services, or technology products.
  • Understanding of SEO and content marketing best practices.
