- Strong customer service orientation with the capability to address inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Must have skills in using office software platforms, including Microsoft Office Suite, with good typing speed.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome visitors warmly, ensuring they are attended to promptly and directed accordingly.
- Manage and screen incoming calls, handling inquiries professionally or redirecting them to appropriate personnel.
- Maintain an organized and tidy reception area to reflect our professionalism and company image.
- Perform accurate data entry tasks and maintain comprehensive records of client and employee information.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and conference calls as needed by the team.
- Assist in administrative tasks, including handling mail, preparing reports, and processing documents.
- Ensure all front office supplies are stocked and requisitioned timely when necessary.
- Collaborate with other team members to address and resolve any front office issues or challenges efficiently.
