Job Overview
We are seeking a junior-level Front Office Executive for our Spa in Tiruchirappalli. This is a full-time position requiring 1 to 3 years of work experience in a relevant field. The incumbent will be responsible for managing front office operations, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, and maintaining efficient administrative processes within the spa environment.
Qualifications and Skills
- Proficiency in customer service skills, ensuring that all clients receive a welcoming and professional experience upon arrival.
- Experience with appointment scheduling software to efficiently manage bookings and reduce scheduling conflicts.
- Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems for seamless transaction processing and maintaining accurate financial records.
- In-depth spa product knowledge to assist guests with product selection and provide relevant advice and recommendations.
- Strong conflict resolution abilities to address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and satisfactorily.
- Experience with CRM software to effectively manage client data and ensure personalized services for repeat clients.
- Competence in operating multi-line phone systems for handling incoming calls and managing call transfers efficiently.
- Understanding of front office operations including check-in/check-out procedures and administrative task management.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the spa, offering a warm and inviting atmosphere.
- Manage all front office operations including phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries, ensuring prompt and courteous service.
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, managing any changes and cancellations effectively to maximize client satisfaction.
- Process transactions through the POS system, ensuring accurate billing and maintaining financial integrity.
- Provide clients with product information and recommendations, enhancing their spa experience and promoting sales.
- Resolve client issues or complaints to maintain positive customer relations and promote repeat business.
- Maintain an orderly and clean front desk area, ensuring a professional appearance at all times.
- Assist in daily administrative tasks to support overall spa operations and contribute to an efficient work environment.
