Overview-

As a Customer Care Executive, you'll be the primary point of contact—via phone, email, or chat—ensuring top-notch support by resolving customer queries, providing accurate information, and fostering satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions effectively
  • Provide product/service details and resolve issues with empathy
  • Escalate and follow up on unresolved matters
  • Maintain and update accurate customer records using CRM tools
  • Collaborate across teams to drive timely resolution

Eligibility & Requirements

  • Educational Criteria:
    12th Pass or Graduate from any discipline
  • Language Proficiency:

  • Given preference: Bengali, Telugu, Kannada, Assamese, or Odia/Oriya
  • Joining Timeline:
    Must be
    immediate joiners
    or available within
    3–5 days
  • Location Preference:
    Local candidates prioritized; non-local considered if relocation is feasible
  • Shifts:
    Flexible; may include rotational or night shifts depending on process needs
  • Experience Level:
