Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Senior Account Executive – PR to manage client accounts, support public relations campaigns, and contribute to business development initiatives. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in media relations, client coordination, and pitching new business opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Client Servicing & Account Management

  • Act as a primary point of contact for assigned clients
  • Manage day-to-day client communication and ensure timely delivery of PR activities
  • Understand client objectives and translate them into effective PR strategies
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and campaign updates for clients
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of campaigns

Public Relations & Media Relations

  • Draft press releases, media pitches, articles, and other PR content
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, and media houses
  • Secure media coverage across print, digital, and broadcast platforms
  • Monitor media coverage and prepare coverage reports and analysis
  • Support event planning, press conferences, and media interactions

Business Development (BDE)

  • Assist in identifying new business opportunities and potential clients
  • Support proposal creation, pitch decks, and presentations
  • Participate in client pitches and business meetings
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis
  • Help maintain and update client and prospect databases

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in PR, client servicing, or business development
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Good understanding of media landscape and PR tools
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)

Preferred Skills

  • Experience working in a PR agency environment
  • Exposure to digital PR and influencer marketing
  • Basic understanding of branding and marketing strategies
