Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Executive located in Gurugram. We require a self-motivated and eager to learn individual with preferred past experience in broking/Mutual Fund industry with a boundaryless attitude.

Immediate joiners from Gurugram or nearby vicinity preferred.

Salary: Negotiable.

Job Description


• DMAT account opening and related KYC processes for both NRO and NRE bank accounts


• Proactive backend Co-Ordination for HNI clients between Client, Relationship Manager, Branch

Manager, and other Branches and concerned inter departments


• Active client interaction to ensure long-term portfolio growth and customer retention


• Coordinating with RTA for dematerialisation of physical shares, including IPEF cases


• Ensuring accurate and timely documentation compliance.


• Resolving daily operational issues related to transactions and accounts.


• Supporting clients in investment processes and procedures.


• Daily check of margin trades and data entry of client's details, accounts detail, incoming margin &

outgoing margin pledging etc.


• Client ledger P&l, DP holding, CML, capital gain & loss as par client request etc.


• Inventory of all assets, inward & outward and distribution etc


• DIS slip fill and punching for company potal


• Maintaining records and reports for audit and compliance


• MIS reports of all above activities

Qualifications

Any Graduate OR ideally B'com.

Past experience in Client communication both verbal and email Hindi speaking is a must.

Must be a team player and work in a boundaryless and professional fashion.

Be aware of Margin trading and pledging activates

Be aware of DMAT account opening and KYC processes for NRO and NRE bank accounts

Past experience in a broking house a plus

Past experience in dealing activities a plus
