Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive, and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative and operational support to senior leadership. The ideal candidate will act as a trusted partner, managing schedules, communication, documentation, and coordination across internal and external stakeholders while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.

Key Responsibilities

Administrative & Executive Support

-Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules

-Coordinate internal and external meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-ups

-Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and expense tracking

-Draft, review, and manage emails, letters, presentations, and reports

Communication & Coordination

-Serve as the primary point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders

-Screen calls, emails, and correspondence, prioritizing matters effectively

-Coordinate with departments to ensure timely flow of information

Documentation & Compliance

-Maintain confidential records, contracts, and official documents

-Assist in preparing MIS reports, dashboards, and management presentations

-Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures

Required Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field

-2–4 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role

-Prior experience supporting senior leadership is mandatory

-Excellent written and verbal communication skills

-Strong organizational and time-management abilities

-High level of discretion, integrity, and confidentiality

-Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

-Ability to multitask and work under pressure

-Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

CTC Offered- 5-6 LPA

Preferred Skills

-Experience in pharma, healthcare, regulatory, or corporate consulting environments

-Familiarity with MIS reporting and data handling

-Exposure to scheduling tools, CRM, or project management software
