Job Description:
A Liaison Head is responsible for managing and enhancing communication and collaboration between different organizations, departments, or government bodies. Key duties include serving as the primary point of contact, coordinating activities, resolving conflicts, ensuring information flows smoothly, and fostering strong professional relationships to achieve strategic objectives. 
 
Key responsibilities
  • Bridge communication: Act as the main link between entities, translating goals and facilitating dialogue to ensure everyone is aligned.
  • Coordinate efforts: Oversee and coordinate activities between different groups to ensure cohesive operations and efficient use of resources.
  • Foster relationships: Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with external organizations, government agencies, and internal stakeholders.
  • Resolve issues: Identify and resolve communication barriers, conflicts, and misunderstandings between parties.
  • Share information: Ensure the strategic objectives of the organization are communicated effectively and that relevant information is shared across groups.
  • Provide expertise: Often provide subject matter expertise or technical knowledge from their parent organization to the group they are liaising with.
