Your Role

As our
Social Media Manager
, you'll help shape how Sundarbans speaks, shares, and sparks thought. Your work will sit at the intersection of
research, brand storytelling, and visual intelligence.

You'll:

  • Manage and grow
    Sundarbans' LinkedIn presence
    — both page and founder-led narratives.
  • Build and maintain
    weekly content calendars
    across Strategy, Finance, Content, and Talent themes.
  • Collaborate with research and creative teams to translate data insights into engaging posts and carousels.
  • Work with design tools (Canva, Figma, Midjourney) to develop high-quality visuals.
  • Track post performance, identify engagement trends, and adapt tone to match audience resonance.
  • Maintain
    brand consistency
    across voice, visual, and message — every word should feel like a Sundarbans thought.

We're Looking For

  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B or founder-led brand management (LinkedIn focus preferred).
  • Excellent written communication and editing skills.
  • Strong sense of
    visual rhythm
    — layout, balance, tone, and emotional timing.
  • Experience with AI-driven creative tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) is a big plus.
  • Curiosity for how business, art, and storytelling intersect.
