Job Description – Operations Executive

Location: Mumbai

Position: Operations Executive

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree

Experience: Fresher (0 years, training will be provided)

Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month

Gender Preference: Both (Male/Female)

Key Responsibilities

  • Support daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow.
  • Coordinate with different departments (sales, accounts, logistics, etc.) for task completion.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation of operations.
  • Monitor and update databases, trackers, and MIS reports.
  • Assist in process improvement and suggest efficiency ideas.
  • Handle client/vendor queries and escalate when required.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and compliance standards.
  • Perform administrative tasks as assigned by the operations manager.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any stream.
  • Freshers welcome (0 years of experience).
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Quick learner, problem-solving attitude, and detail-oriented.
