Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage a team of agents to achieve sales targets through direct channel sales.

  • Identify new business leads and generate fresh enquiries through effective marketing strategies.
  • Ensure timely completion of all tasks assigned by the management.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-3 years of experience in direct sales, direct channel sales, or field sales in the insurance industry (life insurance preferred).
  • Strong understanding of life insurance policies and ability to communicate effectively with customers about their benefits.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills for building strong relationships with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; self-motivated individual who can meet deadlines under pressure.
