Role Overview:

We are looking for a female candidate for an Operations role, who will manage vendor coordination, catalog sourcing, and client servicing. The candidate should have strong communication skills in English, good Excel knowledge, and the ability to handle end-to-end coordination to ensure timely delivery of gifting solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Identify and connect with branded & non-branded gift manufacturers and suppliers.

* Collect and maintain updated catalogues & product options for client requirements.

* Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for procurement, pricing, and timelines.

* Prepare and share customized catalogues with clients based on their needs.

* Handle client queries, follow-ups, and order-related communication.

* Maintain operational records and ensure smooth execution of orders.

Desired Candidate Profile:

* Female candidate with 2 to 4 years of experience in operations / coordination.

* Good communication skills in English (written & spoken).

* Good in vendor management & client coordination.
