Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Plasma Cutting Operator located in Raipur. The Plasma Cutting Operator will be responsible for operating plasma cutting machines to cut and shape metal materials according to specifications. Day-to-day tasks include setting up and calibrating the machines, interpreting technical drawings, maintaining equipment, ensuring adherence to safety standards, and performing quality checks on finished products.

Qualifications

  • Experience in operating plasma cutting machines and understanding of machine settings
  • Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints
  • Knowledge of metal properties and cutting techniques
  • Ability to perform quality checks and ensure precision in cuts
  • Familiarity with safety standards and maintenance of equipment
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Physical ability to handle and operate machinery
  • High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification is a plus
