Job description:
We are hiring Sales Coordinator who serves as a critical link between the sales team, clients, and operational departments to ensure accurate proposal creation, order processing, and after-sales support. This role involves coordinating logistics, managing customer relationships, and maintaining accurate records to streamline the sales process.

Role & responsibilities-
- Process and manage sales orders from entry to delivery.
- Prepare sales documents, proposals, and reports.
- Handle customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and shipments.
- Coordinate with warehouse and transport teams for proposal and delivery accuracy.
- Support Capex coordination and ensure stock accuracy.
- Maintain client and vendor communication for service coordination.
- Run and analyze sales and logistics reports.
Preferred candidate profile-
- Proficiency in ERP, TMS, CRM (e.g., Salesforce), and Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills (spoken & written).
- Excellent organization, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Bacherlor's degree is required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹12, ₹15,000.00 per month
