Position Overview:

We're currently seeking
experienced leaders
for our
Payment Posting Team
who will be responsible for managing and improving payment posting and billing workflows for our clients. You'll work closely with operations and RCM teams to ensure optimal accuracy and efficiency in revenue processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage payment posting and billing processes for existing healthcare clients
  • Ensure timely and accurate payment posting using
    EPIC
    and other platforms
  • Develop and implement process improvements within the team
  • Lead and mentor team members to meet performance benchmarks
  • Coordinate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies
  • Ensure compliance with client-specific guidelines and healthcare regulations

What We're Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in payment posting, billing, and RCM
  • Strong knowledge of
    EPIC
    software and other billing tools
  • Proven leadership and team management experience
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Flexibility to work any shift, including extended hours and weekends
