Job Summary:
The Admin Manager is responsible for overseeing the administrative operations of the organization, ensuring smooth day-to-day functioning, managing office resources, and supporting other departments to optimize efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage daily office operations, including facilities, supplies, and office maintenance.
- Supervise administrative staff and ensure timely completion of tasks.
- Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and contractors.
- Handle budgeting, expense tracking, and procurement for administrative needs.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Support HR with employee onboarding, records management, and office communication.
- Organize meetings, events, and travel arrangements for staff.
- Monitor office equipment, IT, and software resources for proper functioning.
- Prepare reports and presentations for management as required.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience in office administration or management.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and office management software.
- Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail.
Experience: 3-5 years in administration or office management
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
