Senior Sales Executive

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer customer queries and provide accurate product information
- Handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
- Maintain proper inventory levels and restock shelves as needed
- Arrange merchandise displays to attract customers
- Recommend and upsell products to customers to maximize sales
- Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well-presented
- Promote sales and special offers to increase customer engagement
- Work towards achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with the team to achieve overall store goals
