**Key Responsibilities**:
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, including end users, contractors, consultants, and developers, ensuring that their needs are met and they are informed about our solar energy solutions. - Lead Generation & Sales Conversion: Proactively reach out to potential clients to generate inquiries for solar systems, qualify leads, and convert them into actual sales, helping the company achieve its sales targets. - Product Demonstrations: Conduct informative product demonstrations for customers, explaining the benefits and features of solar solutions, addressing customer questions, and guiding them through the purchasing process. - CRM Management & Sales Reporting: Regularly update the CRM system with detailed customer visit information, sales activities, and progress on leads. Maintain an organized database of customer information to facilitate follow-ups and track sales performance. - Weekly Sales Reporting: Submit weekly sales reports to management, outlining sales progress, lead conversion rates, customer feedback, and any market insights to help refine sales strategies. - Collaboration with the Sales Team: Work closely with other team members to develop and execute sales strategies, share market insights, and contribute to team goals. Collaborate on cross-functional projects to improve customer experience and optimize sales efforts. Key Qualifications & Skills: - Proven experience in sales, preferably in the renewable energy or solar industry. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a wide range of clients (end-users, contractors, consultants, developers). - Strong sales acumen and a proven ability to generate leads and close deals. - Comfortable conducting product demonstrations and explaining technical concepts to non technical customers. - Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and strong Microsoft Office skills. - Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with mínimal supervision. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Knowledge of solar energy solutions and the market landscape is a strong advantage. Education & Experience: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred). - 2+ years of experience in sales or business development, ideally in the solar or renewable energy sector.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹28,675.86 per month
