Timings: 11:30 am to 08:30 pm

Salary : upto 8 LPA

Key Responsibilities:

  • Posting of MIGO/MERO in SAP/MIS of Import Expenses, Payment Processing in SAP
  • MIGO Posting (Goods Receipt):
  • Post goods receipt in SAP for imported materials against Purchase Orders (POs).
  • Ensure quantity and quality reconciliation with GRN and Bill of Entry.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams for timely confirmation.
  • MIRO Posting (Invoice Receipt):
  • Process vendor invoices in SAP under MIRO transaction.
  • Match invoices with PO and GRN (3-way match).
  • Ensure proper tax codes, freight charges, and custom duties are accurately recorded.
  • Import Expenses Accounting:
  • Book all related import expenses such as freight, CHA charges, warehousing, handling, etc.
  • Allocate expenses correctly to inventory or cost centers.
  • Maintain control sheet for landed cost calculations.
  • Payment Processing in SAP:
  • Initiate and process vendor payments in SAP.
  • Coordinate with treasury/banking team for foreign remittance documentation.
  • Ensure timely clearance of open items and maintain vendor account hygiene.

MIS & Reporting:

  • Prepare MIS reports related to imports, payables, and landed costs.
  • Reconcile vendor ledgers and GR/IR accounts periodically.
  • Provide data for audit and internal controls as required.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of Basic Accounting
  • Experience in import documentation and expense accounting
  • Familiarity with customs regulations, BOE, and vendor invoice processing
  • Attention to detail and good reconciliation skills
  • Working knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting
  • Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams (supply chain, warehouse, treasury)

Qualifications & Experience:

Education: B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) / CA Inter / ICWA Inter

  • Experience: 7-9 years of relevant experience in SAP-based organizations
