Job Requirements

  • Proven experience in international collections or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of BPM/BPO industry trends and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with Human Before Resource principles and practices is an added advantage.
