Malkin is a women-founder growth platform based in Gurgaon. We run weekly SheBuild bootcamps, in-house BrandLab builds, and a 6-month Residency where founders work alongside our core team.

Role Summary:

The Marketing Manager drives overall marketing strategy, content planning, and influencer collaborations. This role ensures alignment across paid, organic, and content initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and manage monthly marketing strategies (organic + paid).
  • Plan content calendars and influencer campaigns.
  • Collaborate with Meta Ads Expert, Community Manager, and creatives for execution.
  • Manage the content pipeline with the Content Writer and Video Editor.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing and strategy development.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO, social media, and influencer marketing.

Preferred Skills:

  • Knowledge of modern AI-assisted development workflows.
  • Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
  • Standard: Tue–Sat, 10:00–19:00 IST (Asia/Kolkata).
  • Occasional Mon/Sat evening support during cohort weeks and office tours (comp-offs provided).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30, ₹60,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • DLF Ph-II, Gurugram, Haryana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
