Responsibilities

  • Plan, implement, and monitor operational strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Oversee daily operations across departments, ensuring smooth workflow and timely completion of tasks.
  • Manage budgets, resources, and operational costs while maximizing productivity.
  • Monitor performance metrics and generate reports to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with HR, marketing, finance, and other departments to ensure cross-functional efficiency.
  • Identify process bottlenecks and implement solutions to enhance operational effectiveness.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage the operations team, ensuring proper training and performance management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3 to 4 year experience as an Operations executive or in a similar leadership role.
  • Strong knowledge of operational procedures, supply chain, and resource management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Willingness to travel domestically as needed to meet clients, attend events, conferences, or oversee operations.
