Seller Onboarding Executive

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Verify and manage seller documentation such as GST, PAN, bank account, etc.
- Support sellers in listing their products with accurate titles, descriptions, images, and pricing.
- Educate sellers on platform policies, processes, payment cycles, and operational guidelines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve technical or operational onboarding roadblocks.
- Maintain detailed records of seller onboarding status and performance metrics.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing, or related field.
- 0-3 years of experience in e-commerce, seller support, or onboarding
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work with Excel, Google Sheets, and seller support tools.
- Good understanding of online marketplaces and seller documentation requirements.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

**Preferred Skills**:

- Prior experience with seller onboarding or catalog management on any e-commerce platform.
- Basic understanding of product categorization, inventory, and pricing strategies.
- Customer-first approach with problem-solving attitude.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

Supplemental Pay:
