Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Professional to lead our online marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing digital strategies that enhance brand visibility, generate quality leads, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (SEO, SEM, Social Media, Email, Content Marketing, Display, etc.).
  • Oversee and optimize paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
  • Develop and execute SEO/SEM strategies to improve organic visibility and ranking.
  • Create and monitor engaging social media campaigns to grow brand presence and audience engagement.
  • Lead content strategies including blogs, website updates, landing pages, and email campaigns.
  • Analyze data and performance metrics using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, and other marketing software to track KPIs and optimize strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, and development) to align marketing strategies with business goals.
  • Manage digital marketing budget effectively to ensure maximum efficiency.
  • Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure a competitive edge.
  • Lead, mentor, and guide junior marketing team members.

Key Skills & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–5 years of proven experience in digital marketing.
  • Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media marketing, and content marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, HubSpot, SEMrush, etc.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Ability to lead campaigns independently while mentoring a team.
  • Creative thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
