Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute digital marketing strategies that align with business goals.
- Manage the company’s online presence and brand image on all relevant platforms.
- Measure and report on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess ROI and KPIs.
- Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the analysis.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, design, and sales) to ensure brand consistency and messaging across all channels.
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touchpoints.
- Manage and optimize SEO/SEM strategies to increase organic traffic and search rankings.
- Oversee and manage digital marketing budgets and allocate investments across different platforms.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and improve campaign performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and measurement tools.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in digital marketing, including experience with SEO, SEM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo).
- Proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics and SEO tools like Moz or SEMrush.
- Excellent communication skills, with a focus on creating compelling content and effective storytelling.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience with graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript development constraints is a plus.
