Collection Manager

Job Description:

Abhi Vairavan's Plumbing Co is located in Chennai Tamil Nadu, We are retailing and whole selling of sanitary wares, Tiles, Plumbing materials and Bathroom fittings.

We are looking candidates for the post of *Collection Manager* in Chennai with an experience of 3 to 10 years.

*Job Description :*

· Overseeing staff members and ensuring the accurate and timely invoicing of customers. Reconciliation of Sundry Debtors & Creditors

· Payment follows up by telephonic & mailing.

· Direct visit to customer place

· Setting payment collection goals and targets for the department.

· Maintain all records of accounts like Vouchers, Receipts, Bills, and Payments.

· Bank Reconciliation, Payment Collection.

· Collection team GPRS reports checking.

· Fund Planning

·Customer ledger reconciliation

· Banking works like a Cheques issue for clearing Cash Deposit, NEFT, and RTGS

· Handling Day-to-Day Accounting

· Creating and implementing a strategy to improve the collection of outstanding credit.

· Tally ERP.

· Monitors call reports to make sure collectors are making enough phone contacts each day.

· Trains new employees and holds training reviews for established employees.

· Negotiates payment arrangements and follows up to make sure the payments are made.

· Qualification -Any degree

· Experience - 3 to 10 Years in Accounts & Collection

· Gender - Male

· Salary - 25K to 30K
