- Key Responsibilities
- Market & Trend Research:
Conduct research on current market trends, consumer behaviors, and industry financial cycles to identify opportunities and inform marketing campaigns.
- Data Analysis & Reporting:
Collect and analyze data from various sources, including surveys, questionnaires, and digital platforms, to identify patterns and generate actionable insights.
- Competitor Analysis:
Evaluate competitor strategies, marketing activities, and digital content to gain competitive advantages.
- Strategy Support:
Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies by providing data-driven insights and contributing to brainstorming sessions for new ideas.
- Content & Campaign Support:

- Administrative Tasks:
Perform daily administrative duties, update marketing databases, and distribute internal reports as needed.
- Team Collaboration:
Work collaboratively with senior researchers, marketing teams, and cross-functional departments to support ongoing projects and ensure effective execution of strategies.

**Required Skills**:

- Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
Ability to analyze complex data, interpret findings, and provide strategic recommendations.
- Data Handling:
Proficiency in data collection methods and statistical analysis tools, such as Excel and Google Analytics.
- Communication:
Strong written and verbal communication skills to prepare reports and present findings effectively.
- Technical Proficiency:
Familiarity with social media platforms and marketing software.
- Adaptability & Initiative:
Eagerness to learn, adapt to new challenges, and contribute innovative ideas.

Pay: ₹8,519.15 - ₹31,887.87 per month
