Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Account Executive located in Chennai.

We are looking for an energetic and dynamic Team lead who can interact & handle clients and complete the deliverables in time.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team & ensure the accounting process are followed & transaction accounting are completed on daily basis and in within the time frame.
  • Book closing: Lead the Monthly & Yearly book closing activities for Client business financials
  • Financial Reporting: Ensure efficient revenue / cost tracking and adequate financial reporting
  • Work on Cost sheet to ensure that all costs are getting captured correctly.
  • Ensure payroll activity is done on timely basis and all statutory compliances are adhered to wrt PF/ESI/Prof Tax/ IT etc

Digitalization & Process improvements

  • Identify automation and process improvement
  • Identify critical process issues & to discuss with the respective stakeholders to resolve issues

Qualifications

Education -
CA / CMA inter who have completed Articleship training or MBA Finance

·       
Experience
2+ years of experience in Accounting, Financial Analysis, audit

·       
Specific Knowledge
Exposure to Accounting software viz Tally, Zoho Books, Quick books, SAP etc. Good communication & Interpersonal skills.
