Executive Assistant to CEO

Key Responsibilities:
● Provide high-level administrative and strategic support to one or more Directors.
● Manage and maintain complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
● Organize travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and expense reporting.
● Prepare, edit, and format internal and external correspondence, reports, and presentations.
● Attend meetings, take minutes, and ensure timely follow-ups on action items.
● Act as the point of contact between Directors, internal staff, clients, and external stakeholders.
● Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and executive offsites.
● Screen and prioritize emails, calls, and requests, responding when appropriate.
● Maintain filing systems and ensure the confidentiality of sensitive information.
● Assist with personal tasks and errands as needed (optional based on scope).
● Track deadlines and support Directors with project management tasks.
● Handle special assignments and ad-hoc projects as directed.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹50, ₹70,000.00 per month
