Role Description

We are seeking an Assistant Manager - Sales to join our dynamic team in Gurugram for a full-time, on-site position. This role involves developing and maintaining strong client relationships, handling sales cycles from lead generation to closing, collaborating with the marketing and product teams, and identifying new sales opportunities. The Assistant Manager will also analyze market trends, create sales strategies, and achieve revenue targets while ensuring excellent client satisfaction and support.

Your daily work includes:

  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle- from prospecting to closure.
  • Own and grow revenue from D2C brands for Pricing.AI's products.
  • Engage with founders, CXOs, and senior decision-makers to co-create solutions and build trust.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to align client requirements with product capabilities.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of product features to articulate business impact clearly.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed ambitious revenue and growth targets.
  • Build long-term, profitable relationships with both new and existing clients.

Qualifications

  • 0 - 4 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the D2C or eCommerce ecosystem.
  • Strong network in the D2C ecosystem; experienced in selling to senior leadership.
  • Proven record of achieving/exceeding sales targets in high-growth environments.
  • Excellent consultative selling, storytelling, value-based selling, and negotiation skills.
  • Comfortable navigating and selling nascent, evolving product categories.
  • Confident, high ownership, entrepreneurial mindset, and able to thrive in ambiguity.
  • Deep understanding of D2C marketer mindset and decision-making levers.
  • Willing to travel within and outside the region as required.
