We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.

In this role, you will:

•    Seek to understand our (internal) customers and their needs

•    Listen to customer feedback, analyse usage data, identify opportunities for improvement

•    Help set the product vision, strategy and roadmap to drive business value

•    Contribute to managing the backlog to align with product vision and priorities

•    Work closely with developers, operations, other stakeholders, foster open communication

•    Help define and report on tracking success metrics (OKRs, KPIs, SLs)

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements: 

•    A good understanding of product management lifecycle and methodologies

•    Competence on tools like Jira for Product backlog management

•    Some hands-on experience in delivering customer or colleague products

•    Capable of defining basic metrics for measuring Product and customer performance 

•    Able to communicate product features to customers and stakeholders

•    Good and clear communication skills

•    Good collaborator and team player

•    Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
