We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant specialist

  • Candidate should be able to work independently in Production Support team for Digital Systems.
  • Candidate should be able to drive production incident triages and have effective communication to different stake holders.
  • He/She should be willing to work in shifts and be on "On call ROTA".
  • Good knowledge of platform activities, incident, problem management and production support processes of tickets and defect management. 
  • Knowledge on REST API and DevOps automated CI/CD pipeline and deployments will be an advantage
  • The person should have substantial experience in working for production support in digital systems.
  • Having prior experience in DevOps environment is an advantage.
  • Knowledge and hands on work in Splunk and AppDynamics will be a great asset.

This role will also contain automation related tasks and deployment so preferred candidate will be someone who has some basic knowledge on Python , Jenkins and any other automation related skills

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • Experience in JAVA 8/11, Java Web services SOAP/REST, API on Spring Boot, JSON
  • Software Production support analyst with willingness to take occasional code fixes
  • Knowledge on monitoring of production system and alerting policies.
  • Knowledge about CICD Pipeline (Jenkins)
  • Good Scripting language knowledge (like Python)
  • Hands on Version control tool like GIT
  • Knowledge about cloud (Preference to AWS)
  • Automation experience
  • Good Communication skills, Analytical and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attitude.
  • Demonstrate ability to rapidly build relationships with key stakeholders
  • Lead, Mentor, guide and train team members.
  • Good knowledge and working experience in Agile / scrum / Kanban methodologies.
