Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven candidate to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, and closing deals while maintaining strong relationships with clients. This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of customer needs, and the ability to drive sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Understanding User Requirements:
  • Analyze client needs for projects or products and propose tailored solutions.
  • Lead Generation & Outbound Outreach:
  • Identify and engage potential clients (especially designers) through outbound strategies (cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Quotations, Follow-ups & Deal Closure:
  • Prepare and send quotations, conduct follow-ups, and independently close deals.
  • Customer Data Management:
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and clients in CRM and community platforms.
  • Social Media & Content & Event Coordination:
  • Actively engage on social media to connect with leads and collaborate with the content team for updates on new products/offers.
  • Prospecting & CEO Coordination:
  • Identify potential leads via social media and other channels, aligning strategies with the CEO.
  • Client Feedback & Testimonials:
  • Collect reviews, images, and testimonials from satisfied clients to enhance credibility.
  • Market Demand Analysis:
  • Work with the content team to provide insights on trending demands and customer preferences.
  • Travel & Client Meetings:
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.
  • Cover Letter Requirement:
  • Submit a tailored cover letter explaining your fit for the role.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
  • Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, LinkedIn, and other lead-generation platforms.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • Open to travel as needed.
