Industry: Mainly DiamondJob description:We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Sales Executive to join our team specializing in Lab-grown diamonds and Fine Jewelry. The ideal candidate will be passionate about jewelry, possess excellent communication skills, and have a strong desire to provide exceptional customer service. A background or strong interest in the diamond industry, especially lab-grown diamonds, is highly preferred. Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing lab-grown diamonds and jewelry, providing expert advice and information on product features and benefits.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring a personalized shopping experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling techniques.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge, industry trends, and company promotions.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales service professionally.
- Maintain store appearance and ensure displays are organized and visually appealing.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in jewelry sales or retail is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Focused experience in the diamond industry is highly desired.
- Knowledge of lab-grown diamonds and jewelry is an asset.
- Goal-oriented with a proactive sales approach.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
