Innovcart is a one-stop solution for home décor, kitchen essentials, smart lighting, outdoor garden needs, and camping gear. With 5+ years of experience in the e-commerce business, we are growing rapidly and looking for a creative and analytical Social Media Executive to join our team.

Job Responsibilities

As a Social Media Executive at Innovcart, you will:

  1. Advertisement Analysis


• Plan, monitor, and analyze paid campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and Google.


• Track campaign performance and optimize ads for better ROI.

  1. Performance Insights


• Collect data from campaigns and provide weekly/monthly reports with actionable insights.


• Suggest strategies to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.

  1. Creative Design (Photo & Video Flyers)


• Design engaging photo flyers for social media posts and campaigns.


• Create video flyers/reels highlighting products, offers, and brand promotions.


• Ensure designs are aligned with the Innovcart brand guidelines.

  1. Product Management


• Update product stocks, prices, and availability weekly across platforms.


• Coordinate with the sales and operations team to ensure accurate listings.

Requirements


• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Graphic Design, or a related field (preferred).


• Proven experience as a Social Media Executive or similar role.


• Strong knowledge of social media platforms, analytics tools, and ad management.


• Proficiency in Canva, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, or similar tools for photo/video design.


• Good understanding of e-commerce trends and product marketing.


• Strong analytical and communication skills.


• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
