Social Media Designer & Editor
who can visually translate that care into stories people connect with. Warm, intelligent, and beautifully crafted posts and reels that reflect our brand's empathy and modern aesthetic.

Brand Archetype: Caregiver (80%) + Jester (20%)

Job Summary

  • You know that your sense of design is top-notch; and can create collaterals for premium/luxury category.
  • You are confident in your ability to aid brand building with your design sensibilities.
  • You will use AI to fasten and/or enhance your creative output, when possible.
  • You can make both static & video assets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design
    static posts, carousels, and digital creatives
    for social media (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn).
  • Edit
    short-form videos/reels
    , weaving visuals and messaging into engaging narratives that feel both premium and relatable.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to bring campaign ideas to life, be it festive posts or awareness series.
  • Maintain visual consistency and uphold Project Skin's brand tone. Which is elegant, minimal, and emotionally resonant.
  • Repurpose content thoughtfully across formats and platforms while staying aligned with the brand's purpose.
  • Keep up with design and social trends, but always apply them without breaking brand identity.

Qualifications

  • Ability to make premium visual assets for social media.
  • Talent & skill to create narratives & communicate intended story through reels with editing prowess.
  • Understanding of storytelling for digital platforms; how visuals, text, and timing shape emotion.
  • A keen eye for clean aesthetics and typography, and the ability to translate brand values visually.
  • Bonus: Prior experience in wellness, beauty, healthcare, or lifestyle brands.
