Job Overview

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Add-On / SDK Developer to join our development team. In this role, youll develop Windows-based applications (with optional web components), tightly integrated with SAP Business One. Youll play a key role in feature design, development, and customer interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and maintain Windows desktop applications (Add-Ons / SDKs) for SAP Business One
  • Work closely with product owners, business analysts, clients, and internal teams to understand functional requirements
  • Translate requirements into technical design, architecture, and code
  • Write efficient, modular code in .NET / C# / VB.NET
  • Create and optimize SQL / T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and database schema
  • Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues and performance bottlenecks
  • Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards
  • (Advantage) Contribute to web-based modules (ASP.NET / MVC / Web API / modern JS frameworks)
  • Communicate directly with customers to clarify requirements, demonstrate features, and gather feedback
  • Continuously learn new technologies, tools, and industry best practices
  • Ensure tasks are seen through to completion; no task is left half-done"

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong hands-on experience with .NET, C#, VB.NET or similar
  • Deep expertise in SQL, writing complex queries, stored procedures, views, performance tuning
  • Experience or familiarity with SAP Business One Add-Ons / SDK development
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, design, and debugging skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to interact with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Demonstrated persistence and ownership — willing to push through challenges until resolution
  • Eagerness and ability to learn new technologies and frameworks

Education & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (First-class preferred)
  • Consistently high academic performance
  • Prior internships, projects, or experience in desktop / enterprise software development (preferred)
