Looking for dynamic professionals for the role of SAP B1 Senior Consultants who possess excellent communication with a strong ability to Manage and lead SAP Business One Implementation across all modules to successfully deliver the project to clients along with providing support.  Must be willing to travel abroad to work on client sites.     Key Responsibilities  Drive execution of Dealersoft product implementations for enterprise customers across industries in accordance with Dealersoft's implementation methodology, within the bounds of the agreed scope, schedule, and effort. Conceptualize and formulate best-of-breed solutions in close collaboration with the multiple stakeholders of the client business that effectively address key implementation objectives. Gathering and defining the detailed functional requirements; deftly preparing business blueprints and related documentation. Meticulously identify customer requirements and mapping critical business processes along with working out a GAP analysis for each module. Being responsible for database configuration, setup, gathering master data, preparation of master data templates & uploading data by using the DTW tool. Creating preparation of change request/new requirements specification document (RSD) & coordinating with the technical team for RSD. Being responsible for quality assurance checks throughout the duration of the project & provide post-go-live support to customers. Provide training to clients onsite & to the internal team The majority of this role will be based on-site and will therefore require intensive travel.    Skills Required  Experience of 5 years & above in SAP B1 as a functional consultant. Experience in at least 3 full life cycle enterprise application implementations as a functional consultant, responsible for requirements gathering, functional design, and system configuration. Quick and innovative thinking with the acumen to correctly interpret trends/patterns from available data and formulate effective actions in achieving stated objectives. Excellent communication skills (written and oral) with good interpersonal skills and the ability to develop and foster peer-to-peer relationships with client counterparts. 
Qualifications Technical bachelor's degree level qualification from a reputed university. MBA would be an added advantage.
