About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Fitness Sales Manager to lead membership sales and revenue growth at FitClub. The role focuses on driving conversions, achieving sales targets, and building strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets
  • Convert walk-ins, inquiries, and online leads into memberships
  • Track and analyze sales performance and market trends
  • Maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients and partnerships
  • Deliver exceptional member experience through personalized engagement

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in fitness, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors
