Job Description:

We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Back Office Support Specialist to join our team. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient operation of our back-office functions and providing essential support to various departments within our organisation.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform data entry, record-keeping, and file management tasks with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Utilize advanced features of Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to analyze data, generate reports, and maintain databases.
  • Collaborate closely with team members to optimize workflow processes and enhance efficiency.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to incoming inquiries via email or phone, providing accurate information and assistance as needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and preparing documents.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
  • Contribute to the implementation of process improvements and best practices within the back-office operations.
  • Take on additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned by management.
