Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced
SAP UFT Automation Engineer
with strong expertise in
UFT One
and
SAP S/4HANA modules
. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automation test cases, enhancing automation frameworks, and supporting continuous testing initiatives within CI/CD environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, maintain, and execute
    automation test scripts
    for SAP S/4HANA modules using
    UFT One
    .
  • Enhance and maintain the
    automation framework
    by creating reusable components and libraries.
  • Collaborate with QA and functional teams to
    analyze requirements
    and design efficient test automation strategies.
  • Execute automated test cases,
    log defects
    , and perform root cause analysis.
  • Integrate automation scripts with
    CI/CD pipelines
    to enable continuous testing.
  • Provide
    detailed test reports
    and recommendations to improve testing effectiveness.
  • Support
    regression testing
    and ensure test coverage across SAP modules.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years
    of experience in test automation with a focus on
    SAP applications
    .
  • Strong hands-on experience with
    UFT One
    and
    VBScript
    for automation.
  • In-depth knowledge of
    SAP automation add-ins
    and S/4HANA workflows.
  • Experience integrating automation testing with
    CI/CD tools
    (e.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps).
  • Good understanding of
    SAP functional test cases
    , regression testing, and defect management.
  • Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Exposure to
    Agile/Scrum
    methodologies.
  • Knowledge of
    test management tools
    like ALM, Jira, or similar.
  • Familiarity with
    performance testing
    concepts and tools.
