Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Account Executive role based in New Delhi. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing client relationships, identifying business opportunities, and driving sales growth. Key responsibilities include building and maintaining partnerships, developing a deep understanding of client needs, preparing proposals, and managing end-to-end client communication. The role also requires collaboration with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and the timely delivery of services.

Qualifications

  • Strong sales and business development skills, including relationship management and negotiation
  • Proficiency in communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze client needs and offer customized solutions
  • Experience in client account management and customer retention strategies
  • Knowledge of the dental or healthcare industry is an advantage
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site setting
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and time management skills
