Job Title: Senior Manager IT & Digital Initiatives

Job Purpose

To lead end-to-end execution of internal digital initiatives, managing day-to-day operations, and aligning technology with business needs. The role requires a techno-functional leader with experience across enterprise systems like ERP, CRM, BI, and digital transformation programs to ensure smooth operations and strategic execution.

Key Responsibilities-

Lead IT operations across ERP, CRM, internal tools, and web systems.

  • Oversee task execution, development workflows, and bug resolution.
  • Ensure timely delivery, system reliability, and adherence to SLAs.
  • Own and deliver internal digital initiatives, tools, and transformation projects.
  • Plan, track, and report project progress using agile or hybrid models.
  • Manage cross-functional teams and vendors for seamless implementation.
  • Act as a bridge between technical teams and business users.
  • Conduct requirement analysis, solution mapping, and end-user coordination.
  • Support key departments in automating and digitizing processes.
  • Understand integration architecture between ERP, CRM, internal tools, and third-party platforms.
  • Define system standards, APIs, and interoperability frameworks across digital assets.
  • Collaborate with developers and IT vendors to ensure robust, scalable, and secure integrations.
  • Evaluate and recommend tools, middleware, or platforms for streamlined integration.
  • Identify automation, data intelligence, and AI opportunities.
  • Support the Head of IT in drafting digital roadmaps and driving innovation.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent.
  • 1015 years of experience in techno-functional or IT transformation roles.
  • Experience with ERP (SAP, Construction-specific ERP), CRM (Salesforce / ZOHO), internal software development, and systems integration.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong understanding of business processes (construction/real estate a plus).
  • Proven experience in designing modular, scalable, and secure system architectures.
  • Hands-on knowledge of integration tools, APIs, middleware, and data pipelines.
  • Solid exposure to SQL, .NET, HTML/JS, APIs, and BI tools.
  • Excellent coordination, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
  • Hands-on delivery mindset with strategic foresight.
