Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Facility Executive Technical/Administration based in Bengaluru. The Facility Executive will manage daily facility operations, oversee building management activities, and ensure customer satisfaction. Tasks include coordinating maintenance services, managing vendor relationships, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations. The Facility Executive will also communicate with clients and internal teams to address any facility-related issues and enhance the overall workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Experience in Facilities Operations and Facility Management (FM)
- Skills in Building Management and Communication
- Ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using Facility Management software and tools
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in an administrative role within a facilities management context is a plus
