Provides direct support to end users using scripts/articles and/or automated tools; when needed, captures appropriate information to escalate user issues as per a defined matrix.

As a Senior End User Support Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Doing research, troubleshooting, and leading the resolution of issues involving all aspects of user-facing solutions, including (but not limited to) user interface, product functionality, application performance, data collection/storage, analytics, and customer data.
  • Reviewing end-to-end customer support processes to proactively identify gaps and prioritize/execute IT process improvements that increase customer satisfaction and contribute to overall customer success.
  • Interfacing directly with users to triage application-related issues and drive prompt resolution by working with cross-functional business teams.
  • Providing timely, proactive communications to stakeholders on significant issues and developments.
  • Developing and reporting on metrics, including operational metrics, case statistics, and customer surveys.
  • Adhering to all processes and methodology for Knowledge Centered Support and creating knowledge content.
  • Leading a team of contractors over multiple time zones.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math). A minimum of 5 years of professional experience; alternatively, multiple years of experience in application support will be evaluated.
  • Have experience with the ITIL methodology.
  • Have experience with Agile or Waterfall methodology.
  • Have experience with MS Power Platform.
  • Have experience with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, HTML5, CSS.
  • Have experience with JavaScript language, CSS, & HTML (HTML5).
