- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements :
- 1-3 years of experience in B2C sales, telesales, or internet sales.
- Strong cold calling skills with ability to generate high-quality leads over the phone.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in an inbound/outbound environment.
