1.0 Job purpose
1.1 Achieve desired business growth by understanding customers' needs and providing appropriate solutions from MaxSys Automation's portfolio of products and services.
2.0 Key tasks/ Responsibilities
2.1 Identify, study customer's requirements and provide appropriate solutions
2.2 Increase market share in assigned sales territory .
2.3 Achieve monthly sales targets for assigned sales territory
2.4 Contribute in creating the environment of 'Customer First' & 'Team work'
2.5 Ensure effective exchange of information with service team.
2.6 Provide timely report to Management Sales on opportunities, projects, competition etc.

Education
Graduation: Any graduate( Technical with business studies is more preferable) from reputed college.
Proven track record of success for 2-5 years as field sales personnel in organisation with responsibility of direct selling industrial automation related machines & equipment and payment collection. Experience of sales through distributor/dealer network shall not be considered.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20, ₹60,000.00 per month
