About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior PLC System Engineer to lead the design, development, and commissioning of automation systems for our industrial and SPM (Special Purpose Machine) projects. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in PLC programming, electrical systems, industrial communication protocols, and hands-on commissioning.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead PLC program development, debugging, and optimization for automation and SPM projects.
  • Design and review electrical control circuits, panel layouts, and system architecture.
  • Lead automation projects, provide technical guidance, and take responsibility for project deliverables.
  • Conduct factory and site commissioning, troubleshooting, and validation.
  • Work closely with mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, and software teams to deliver complete system solutions.
  • Prepare project documentation, test procedures, and reports.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentor junior engineers.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and industrial automation best practices.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, or Instrumentation Engineering.
  • 2–3 years of experience in project management for SPM or PLC-based automation systems.
  • Strong understanding of PLC control systems, electrical design and mechanical assembly.
  • Excellent leadership, planning, and communication skills.
  • Strong understanding of automation/control systems.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
