Job Title: PLC Design and Controls Engineer |

Location: Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop electrical control systems using PLCs, HMIs, and SCADA

platforms.

Program PLCs from scratch (e.g., Siemens, Allen-Bradley, Schneider,

Mitsubishi).

Create and modify HMI/SCADA interfaces

Develop detailed electrical schematics and wiring diagrams using CAD

software

Select and specify control components such as sensors, actuators, relays,

and safety devices.

Collaborate with mechanical, robotics, and electrical teams for system

integration.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues during system development and on-site

commissioning.

Ensure compliance with relevant safety standards

Provide technical support and training to maintenance and operations teams.

Qualifications:

Required:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering, Instrumentation, Mechatronics, or

related field.

2+ years of hands-on experience with PLC programming and controls design.

Proficiency in programming platforms

Working knowledge of fieldbus communication protocols

Familiarity with industrial safety systems

Experience in panel design and electrical system layout.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
